Tailored EPOS solutions to the hospitality and retail sector
What do a chain of upmarket Asian fast-food takeaways and the Isle of Wight have in common? Not very much you might think but you’d be wrong. itsu has become the latest in a string of prestigious clients for Newport-based company WRS Systems which offer tailored EPOS solutions to the hospitality and retail sector across the UK and Europe.
itsu Chelsea, London opened in 1997, itsu Soho a few years later, followed by 80 more over the next 20 years, and are expanding out across the UK. After long discussions, WRS was appointed to upgrade and improve its point-of-sale systems.
All the design briefs were very graphical and were met, which gave some of the best feedback that we’ve ever had from a client in respect of our consultation processes, and how we work to deliver a project that meets the specific needs of a client.’
WRS is now in the process of delivering over 700 POS solutions to the client’s sites within the UK and within an agreed timeframe.
itsu joins a number of high street names that have moved to WRS, which include Dunkin, Cornish, and Costa, in addition to specialist retailers and institutions such as Condor Ferries, Wightlink, Glasgow, and Southampton Universities.
